- Industrial Organizations
- Game Theory
- Econometrics
She mobilized her skills in data analysis and modeling during a research internship in partnership with EDF, ENGIE and TOTAL. She created a database of costs, investment and markets in the energy production sector in Europe and analyzed the challenges of decarbonization via alternative energy sources.
She was also involved in an internship with a leader in aeronautical tools on a project to optimize profitability, by using various improvement levers:
- Pricing studies and targeting of high potential products
- Score analysis and optimization of production costs
As a consultant, she is involved in performance improvement projects for major aircraft manufacturers.

MATHILDE - Consultant
Mathilde holds a French engineering degree from ISAE- SUPAERO and completed her cursus with the DESIA “Diplôme d’Enseignement Supérieur en Ingénierie des Affaire” i.e. Higher Education Diploma in Business Engineering.
Throughout her studies, she applied mechanical engineering knowledge on interior refurbishment design studies for business jet in the United States. She took part into continuous improvement of the Non-conformity process in the Quality Department of Airbus Germany. Both experiences led her to deep dive later into airworthiness issues in ENAC. Recently, in Dassault’s design office, she coordinated technical, commercial and international safety teams for mechanical and avionic modification projects.
With a broad picture on aircraft design and operations, and knowledge in management and business , she offers both technical and managerial insight in the aeronautics industry.

MATTHIEU - Consultant
Matthieu graduated from Ecole Polytechnique and ISEA-SupAéro. He has three years of experience in the aeronautical industry, where he worked for a major engine manufacturer.
After two internships in the technical departments of both Safran Helicopter Engines and Rolls-Royce, Matthieu joined Safran Aircraft Engines to work on the development of diverse engines and participated in the aerothermal integration of the Silvercrest.
Through the analysis and adjustment of test data models, he took part in a high-stake quality project to solve critical operational and technical problems.
He then switched to the development of the RISE engine, CFM’s vision of the future turbofan. In an approach closer to preliminary design, he particularly focused on the engine icing protection via :
- the creation of a CPA (Corner Point Analysis) model and the conception of thermal models aiming to determine key dimensioning parameters, hence improving the studies relevance.
- the development and deployment of new functionalities of a henceforth dynamic thermal solver to take into account complex physical phenomena, thus allowing the issuance of improved maturity specifications.
Matthieu draws on this academic and industrial foundation to enthusiastically tackle the complexity of large-scale industrial programmes.

MAXIMILIEN - Consultant
Maximilien is graduated from ISAE – SUPAERO (2020).
During his studies, Maximilien has acquired a solid scientific and technical background as well as a culture of the aerospace industry. In his final year, he has specialized in Industrial Engineering, which allowed him to develop knowledge in Supply Chain Management, Production Systems Modeling and Quality.
He completed his studies with a certificate in Big Data which allows him to understand the main reasoning and issues related to this field (algorithms, tools, computer languages). Finally, he holds an Engineering and Environment Certificate which gave him a precise vision of the challenges and solutions envisaged for the future of civil aeronautics.
He has also completed an internship as an assistant engineer in space structures whose missions were to carry out satellite model analyses for actors in the space field.
He joined STEP Consulting in 2020 and contributes to the optimization of the stocks of a key player in aeronautics, notably via :
